Our Experience
Best Recovery Services L.L.C. was founded in 1997 by owner Russell A. Eggers III with one truck and two clients. Twenty six years later, through dedication and perseverance, Best Recovery Services L.L.C. has become the largest repossession company in the State of Michigan. We are now setting the Standard for repossessions in the state. There are currently 30 flat bed wreckers and sneaker trucks operating 24 hours a day providing services throughout the lower peninsula of Michigan. We also have big
rigs equipped to retrieve heavy equipment of any size.
Our Approach
We understand that client satisfaction is built around communication. Our twenty member office staff makes regular updates, prompt notifications of repossession, accurate condition reports and detailed billing a priority. Services can be provided by phone, fax or e-mail depending on our client's wishes. Knowing that repossessions are not a nine to five industry, our Operations Manager is available by phone, twenty four hours a day. Best Recovery understands that diversity and persistence are the key to success and have built a company to reflect this. Beyond our efficiency at retrieving cars and trucks, we're also experts at repossessing boats, trailers of all kinds, motor homes, motorcycles, ATV's and snowmobiles. Our staff also includes a number of drivers with Class A CDL's who specialize in repossessing a broad range of semis, commercial, construction and farm machinery. In addition to repossessions and auction transportation, we also offer more specialized services such as skip tracing, key cutting, vehicle reconditioning and liquidation. In pursuit of our goal to constantly improve service to our clients, we have 7 facilities in Saginaw, Warren, Lansing, Jackson, Flint, Muskegon and Grayling.
Our Technology
BRS is a licensed affiliate of DRN and MVTRAC. Digital Recognition Network (DRN) is the leading provider of vehicle location data collected through use of a national network of affiliates operating mobile license plate recognition equipment in every major metropolitan market in the United States. Each license plate record includes a photo of the license plate, a photo of the associated vehicle, GPS coordinates, and a date and time stamp. Our entire fleet is equipped with DRN camera systems dedicated to running thousands of plates everyday. We WILL find your collateral!
Our Assurance
We are fully insured and offer excellent service at very competitive prices. We can store over 400 vehicles secured by locked privacy fences and under constant video surveillance. We are also able to provide indoor storage upon request. There is nothing too big or small that we can't repossess. We can't be beat! We are Michigan's Best Repossession Company. We can accept orders several different ways. You can fax them to us or you can go to our website at www.BRSMI.com and use the friendly repo form. We also utilize Recovery Database Network. This system will allow you to log orders in directly online. Recovery Database Network is extremely secure. Your information is always safe with BRS. Best Recovery Services is also your answer to out of state assignments. One flat rate has BRS handling the collection of your collateral, pictures, transporting, and the title work. BRS even gets the unit sold and your money back before you know it!
Our Equipment
We have the capabilities to repossess heavy equipment and
transport! Tractor trailers are another advantage we have. No job is too big for BRS! Flatbed wreckers are the way we roll. Storage Facilities & Locations
Our storage is extremely secure. We have signs clearly posted, high fences with barb wire, and video surveillance. You’re collateral is safe in our hands! We store personal property in dry, secure storage for 90 days. Our clean up is the best in the business! We recondition your units, bringing them to showroom quality. All bids placed on your collateral will be presented to you for approval and no bid is accepted without your approval.
