A $100.00 cash deposit is required with every bid. Financial institutions reserve the right to accept or deny any bid for any reason and to unconditional time frames when reviewing bids, which Best Sales has no control over. If your bid is accepted, you will be notified by Best Sales and the financial institution will send Best Sales the title. If you do not fulfill the agreement, you will forfeit your deposit and alternative bids will be considered. All deals must be finalized with cash or certified bank check.
